GoalProof

Privacy policy

Last changed: 28 October 2026. This policy covers the GoalProof Android app (app.goalproof) and this website.

What we collect

  • An anonymous account identifier created by Google Firebase when you first open the app. We do not ask for your name, e-mail, phone number, location, contacts or advertising ID.
  • The days on which you open the app, and invite codes you enter or share, so that invite rewards (VIP days) can be granted and limited.
  • Your settings (language, break period) are stored only on your device.
  • Technical data that Google Firebase processes to run the service, such as an app instance identifier and IP address.
  • Website: the site is hosted on GitHub Pages; GitHub may log IP addresses for security. The site sets no cookies.

What we do not do

No ads, no tracking for advertising, no selling or sharing of data with advertisers or betting operators. The public ledger contains predictions and results only, never user data.

Where it is stored

Google Firebase (Cloud Firestore, region europe-west3, Frankfurt). Google acts as our processor.

How long

Invite and app-open records are kept while you use the app. Uninstalling the app removes the link between your device and the anonymous account. You can ask us to delete the records at any time.

Your rights and contact

To access or delete your data, e-mail support@goalproof.app with the invite code shown on the app's Invite screen. We reply within two working days.

Age

GoalProof is for adults aged 18 and over and is not directed at children.
